How To Power Level:

To 'Power Level' in The Elder Scrolls Online Game, you must first get the basics down. For Newer players, you will need to make sure that you have a set of armor with Training as the trait. Also make sure to craft (Or Find Someone Who Can Craft For You) the armor as 2 pieces of heavy, light, & medium, the seventh piece being whatever fits you best. This is so you can level up all armor categories in your skill lines, so that if in the future, you need to have that ability tree unlocked you'll have it. Make sure to make a set for every 10 levels, and to have them upgraded to either, Superior or Epic Quality, for the increase of the Trait ability. You will do the same when making your weapons, giving them the training trait, and upgrading the quality. Next, all you will need to do is get your character to level 10, and take it to PvP. You can goto any delve, and just grind from there. Just make sure to keep only one other person in your group for the group XP bonus, and no more then three, for more then three group members distributes less XP to all of you as a group. Here are some faster methods to leveling up:

Drink a Psijic Ambrosia which gives you a 50% XP bonus, for 30 minutes.
Obtain a Ring of Mara, and marry another player, To receive a 10% XP bonus, while with that player.
Play with another player, while in a group to receive a 10% XP bonus.
Buy an XP Scroll of the crown store, to receive a 50% XP bonus for 2 hours.
Buy a Crown Crate, and get a chance of receiving a Grand Crown Crate Experience Scroll, which gives you a 150% XP bonus for 30 minutes.
